Psychologist with a strong passion for employment-focused talk therapy

Are you passionate about talk therapy and motivated by guiding people through meaningful programs with clear progression both between and after sessions? Your primary workspace will be in Svendborg, but with weekly working days at our center in Odense, which can be agreed upon.

A DAY WITH TALK THERAPY IN FOCUS

At AS3 Work&Care we offer psychological counseling and interdisciplinary programs in collaboration with pension and insurance companies.

As a psychologist at AS3 Work&Care, conversations are your primary area of work. You will handle individual programs focusing on supporting candidates' well-being, development, and progression to maintain their connection to the labor market or help them return to it.

You will meet a wide range of people with issues related to both work and private life. Our candidates are generally motivated to work on their issues, which provides good conditions for constructive therapeutic work. They often have the energy to work actively between sessions and take ownership of their process.

We also work with a number of digital products and tools, which our candidates gain access to as part of their program.

You will therefore become part of a workplace where digital solutions support the therapeutic effort and contribute to candidates' progression between sessions.

Your tasks include, among others

• Individual therapy programs within a short-term therapeutic framework
• Documentation and status letters
• Interdisciplinary meetings and professional supervision
• Ongoing administrative tasks.

If you are interested, there may potentially be opportunities to work with children and adolescents who are covered by parental insurance.

Additionally, there will also be opportunities to manage innovative digital programs as well as group programs.

WHAT YOU BRING

It is an non-negotiable requirement that you are educated cand.psych. (Master of Science in Psychology), and we expect that you have gained experience in talk therapy.

• Thrives in structured programs with clear goals and progression
• Is digitally curious and interested in using digital tools as part of the therapeutic effort
• Works reflectively and professionally with focus on relationship, method and effect
• Appreciates professional sparring and actively contributes to knowledge sharing
• Is interested in becoming part of and contributing to a strong social and professional community.

There is freedom in the method of work, but it is advantageous if you have an interest in or feel confident with a therapeutic method and can set concrete progressive goals for therapy.

As an employed psychologist at AS3 you will participate in regular internal and external supervision regardless of whether you are a clinical psychologist or not. If you have not yet achieved the title of clinical psychologist, we will together lay out a plan for your further educational path.

ABOUT THE CENTRES IN SVENDBORG AND ODENSE

Your primary workplace is in Svendborg, where you have conversations with candidates. Here you become part of a shared office space that brings together a range of different companies and professional disciplines under one roof.

As a psychologist in Svendborg you will be the fixed psychologist at the location and have an independent role in daily life. There is also a job coach from AS3 attached, who is available as needed.

At the same time you will be an integrated part of the psychological professional community in Odense, where you will also spend your weekly time. Here you will participate in professional sparring, meetings, and collaboration with colleagues across locations.

You will become part of a multidisciplinary team consisting of psychologists, job coaches, physiotherapists, and doctors who together create the best possible programs for our candidates. The candidates are primarily resourceful insured clients, and the work is characterized by high professionalism, close sparring, and a strong psychology-driven environment.

In addition, you will become part of a social and engaged working community where colleagues regularly initiate professional and social activities.
