Psychologist for the Psychiatric Outpatient Clinic Gladsaxe

We are seeking a psychologist for our F-ACT team, Psychiatric Outpatient Clinic Gladsaxe.

F-ACT (Flexible Assertive Community Treatment) offers ambulatory treatment at high intensity and at low intensity depending on the patient's needs. It is a treatment method that focuses on close teamwork and the principle of ’shared caseload’ when a patient experiences deterioration.

The treatment takes place in close collaboration with relatives, caseworkers, job centers, etc. Our target group is broad and covers all psychiatric disorders that belong to psychiatry's target group. There is thus an opportunity to gain in-depth experience with different psychiatric issues.

You will join a multidisciplinary team consisting of psychiatrists, a psychologist, nurses, a recovery- mentor, a secretary and social workers.

We are a team that values the work environment and the good collegial community very highly. Therefore there is always an opportunity for sparring as well as an expectation of the desire for good collaboration.

As a psychologist in the team, the tasks are a combination of psychotherapy and psychopathological assessment and evaluation depending on your experience with this. You will progressively gain more experience with broad psychopathological assessment and referring to relevant treatment packages. You will furthermore participate in treatment conferences and medical conferences, relevant network meetings and other collaboration meetings.

There is monthly team supervision and depending on your level of training as a psychologist, additional supervision can be offered both internally and externally.

It is a varied job with many exciting and complex tasks and where you have influence over organizing your workday .

Everyone in the team works individually as primary therapist/contact person, but a 'caseload' is taken into account, considering the psychologist's potential assessment tasks, which may be more time-consuming.

In terms of management, one reports in daily work to the department management. In professional matters and overall function, reference is made to the Chief Psychologist and Chief Physician.

Your qualifications

We are looking for a psychologist with therapeutic experience and preferably experience with psychological testing.

The position requires a driver's license, as we have an outreach function.

Salary and employment terms

The position is 37 hours on weekdays and with start on 1 December 2026.

You will be employed under the agreement for academics employed in regions, etc.

Ambulatoriet is currently open Monday to Friday from 08:00-16:00. Your working hours will therefore primarily fall within this time frame.
