Psychologist for the Psychiatric Outpatient Clinic Gladsaxe

We are looking for a psychologist for our F-ACT team, Psychiatric Outpatient Clinic Gladsaxe.

F-ACT (Flexible Assertive Community Treatment) offers ambulatory treatment of high intensity and low intensity depending on the patient\'s needs. It is a treatment method that focuses on close teamwork and the principle of 'shared-caseload' when a patient experiences deterioration.

The treatment is carried out in close collaboration with relatives, case managers, job centers, etc. Our target group is broad and covers all psychiatric disorders that belong to the field of psychiatry. There is thus an opportunity to gain in-depth experience with different psychiatric issues.

You will join a multidisciplinary team consisting of psychiatrists, a psychologist, nurses, a recovery mentor, a secretary and social workers.

As a psychologist in the team, the work tasks are a combination of psychotherapy and psychopathological assessment and evaluation depending on your experience with this. You will progressively gain more experience with broad psychopathological assessment and referring to relevant treatment packages. You will also participate in treatment conferences and medical conferences, relevant network meetings and other collaboration meetings.

There is monthly team supervision and depending on your educational level as a psychologist, additional supervision can be offered both internally and externally.

It is a varied job with many exciting and complex tasks and where you have influence on planning your workday .

All team members work individually as primary therapist/contact person, but caseload is taken into account, including the psychologist\'s possible assessment duties which are more time-consuming.

In managerial terms, a psychologist in daily work reports to the department management. In professional matters and overall function, reference is made to the chief psychologist and chief physician.

Your qualifications

We are seeking a psychologist with therapeutic experience and preferably experience with psychological testing.

The position requires a driver\'s license, as we have an outreach function.

Salary and employment terms

The position is 37 hours on weekdays with start date 1 December 2026.

You will be employed under the agreement for academics employed in regions, etc.

The outpatient clinic is currently open Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:00. Your working hours will therefore primarily fall within this time frame.
