Are you interested in GMP, QA work and release of produced medicines? Do you want to help ensure the quality of the medicines delivered to patients in Region Midtjylland? Then perhaps you are the one we are looking for.

Your primary tasks will be

  • QA contact person for antibiotic production, where you in collaboration with the production function must ensure compliance with rules and requirements, coordinate quality in the work, engage in sparring and make risk-based decisions.
  • QA specialist in Quality where you will work with various QA tasks across the Regional Pharmacy, including handling deviations, change requests and CAPAs.
  • Release of the Regional Pharmacy's manual production of medicines (dQP), as well as participate in control and production support of Service Production's finished preparations, in rotation with other dQPs in Quality.
  • Qualification and validation of equipment or IT systems with special responsibility for weights. If you have knowledge of weights used in pharmaceutical production, this would be an advantage.

We will provide your training.

About Quality

In Quality we work to ensure that at the Regional Pharmacy we produce, deliver and provide guidance on medicines in accordance with applicable law. The function supports every day a life-critical task where patient safety and professional quality are necessary for patients and hospital staff to have confidence in the medication treatment.

The Quality function consists of 23 employees who work in both quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA). Your colleagues will be graduates with a natural science background, pharmaconomists, laboratory technicians and a service assistant. The function supports the Regional Pharmacy and works in a regulated context where requirements for quality, documentation and patient safety are high.

The culture is characterized by professionalism, purpose in the task and work for the patients' best. Psychological safety, feedback, self-management and an experimental approach are all important parts of the culture and daily life, just as there is focus on work/life balance and freedom to plan ones work.

Your profile

You are a pharmacist, Cand.scient. or have another relevant natural science degree. You have at least 1 year of experience with GMP from pharmaceutical production, QA or QC. These two requirements must be met in order to become a dQP.

Through your professional experience you have shown a high degree of responsibility and high professional competence which you use to stand up for risk-based trade-offs. As a person you are proactive, engaged and thrive working within regulatory frameworks. You focus on good collaboration internally in Quality as well as across the regions' functions. You are quick to understand processes and can distinguish between which factors are critical and which are not.

You are solution-oriented and successfully solve tasks by being curious about your collaborators and the knowledge they contribute. You are a person with an open and positive approach to your surroundings. You can autonomously drive processes and with good energy handle challenges.
