About the job
The job involves
- Preparation of authentic Indian dishes for both ongoing orders (à la carte) and plating as well as refilling our Indian buffet.
- Ensure that all sauces, meat, vegetables and spice blends are ready before the rush.
- Ensure that hygiene standards are observed, and that the temperature at the buffet is always correct.
- Present new dishes to our guests.
