About the job

Close to the children, close to practice

Do you want to help create strong, inclusive communities in the primary school?

Do you have specialist pedagogy knowledge and a desire to work at the intersection of the school and PPR?

Then we have an exciting position for you where we will together go down new paths.

About the position

Gribskov Municipality has established a flexible special education school offer for pupils who need special support but who can also benefit from being part of the school's general community. The offer is organized close to the school's other learning environments and creates a daily life with both structure and opportunities for participation.

You will become part of the pedagogical team around a small group of children and join a practice-oriented structure where specialist pedagogical knowledge and general educational collaboration go hand in hand. The goal is to support children's well-being, learning and development in a daily life where they meet with positive expectations and have access to both individual support and community.

Your role as a PPR employee

You will be employed by Gribskov Municipality's PPR and based in a multidisciplinary team, but your daily practice takes place at one or more of the municipality's schools. Here you are a permanent part of the team around the special educational offer, where you work closely with teachers, pedagogues and management.

You contribute with your specialist pedagogy in both planning and daily practice and are a consistent adult for the children. You help create safe settings and support the children's ability to make active and independent choices, and you help ensure that the children feel seen, heard and understood.

Close to practice - close to collaboration

In Gribskov we prioritize that PPR staff are visible and accessible in children's daily lives. Your presence enables early and qualified responses - in collaboration with the team you are part of. You will join a professionally strong community, with focus on coordinated efforts, cross-disciplinary reflection and development of inclusive learning environments.

You contribute to ensuring good transitions for children and young people and work in a framework where communities with room for diversity and strong parental collaboration are central guideposts.

We are looking for

  • Have solid specialist pedagogy experience - preferably from the school sector
  • Have knowledge about children with, for example, autism spectrum disorders, ADHD or emotional difficulties
  • Work systematically and have strong relational skills
  • Thrive in a flexible environment with both independent and collaborative tasks
  • Wish to work close to practice while being part of a strong professional community in PPR

We offer

  • An innovative and meaningful position at the intersection of general and special pedagogy
  • Practice-oriented daily life with close collaboration with the school and parents
  • An interdisciplinary community in PPR focusing on sparring, supervision and professional development
  • Opportunity to work in a municipality where we prioritize early intervention, coherence and well-being
  • An organization with clear values and ambitions for children's and young people's lives and participation

As an employee you become an important part of a collective effort, where we
