A leadership role with meaning and influence

As area leader you will be responsible for a portfolio of complex schemes, where humanity and quality are in the center. You work independently with planning and coordination of your teams and you will have a central role in ensuring high professional standards and stable solutions for both citizens and partners.

Your tasks include, among other things

• Leadership and coordination of staff remotely
• Recruitment and onboarding of your staff
• Ensuring high professional quality and operations
• Creating good relationships and collaboration with citizens, relatives, municipalities, regions, institutions, schools and hospitals
• Planning and follow-up on complex forløb

You will become part of a dedicated leadership team with a focus on sparring, joint solutions and high quality across the organization.

✔ Are educated social worker with in-depth knowledge of the Child Act and the Social Services Act § 85

✔ Have an interest in or experience with leadership and operations

✔ Meet people with empathy, calm and trust-building behavior

✔ Are comfortable prioritizing and making decisions in a complex everyday life

✔ Have a driver's license and a car available and live on Zealand

Experience with the Child Act and the Social Services Act § 85

It is a prerequisite that you have experience working under both the Child Act and the Social Services Act § 85.
