Rhythmic singing teacher at Sønderborg Music School

We are seeking an inspiring vocal teacher with good piano ability and an overall strong rhythmic music educational profile, who together with the music school's other rhythmic teachers will contribute to developing the music school's rhythmic music life. We emphasize that you have a relevant rhythmic, pedagogical education and we see it as a plus if you are a performing musician.

Your primary tasks will be

• Teaching in rhythmic singing and piano at all levels from beginner to talent level.
• In collaboration with the music school's other rhythmic teachers, develop the academic and pedagogical profile within singing- and piano-teaching.

• Have an eye for good collaboration with your colleagues regarding teaching and other activities at the music school

The position is part-time with a weekly working time of 7-8 hours (1 day per week - preferably Monday). Teaching will take place at the music school's main department in Sønderborg. Salary and employment terms are governed by the applicable collective agreement and the principles of local pay formation.

Sønderborg Music School is a dynamic, development-oriented music school with a high level of activity and ambition. Sønderborg Music School has MGK, and also a talent line and a junior talent line, PAS (Performance Academy) and the Sønderjyllands Dance Academy (ballet school).

Sønderborg Music School has its main department in Sønderborg, but also a decentralised structure with teaching at many schools in Sønderborg Municipality.
