For our established store in Rødovre Centrum, we now seek the right person who, together with the store manager, can take responsibility for daily operations, the staff and the customer experience.

You will become a central part of the store's management team and will have the opportunity to influence the ongoing development of both the store, the staff and our results.

Your role as assistant store manager

As assistant store manager you will be an important part of the daily management and function as the store manager's right hand.

You will take an active role in ensuring that our store in Rødovre Centrum delivers a customer experience of the highest level, while contributing to efficient operations and a motivated team.

You can, among other things, expect to share responsibility for

• The daily operations and leadership of the store
• Ensuring that we as a team deliver a sublimely excellent customer experience
• Supporting, motivating and developing the staff in daily operations
• Training and development of the staff in sales, customer service and product knowledge
• Follow-up on turnover, KPIs and the store's overall performance
• Ensuring that the store's standards, routines and procedures are followed
• Shift planning and staffing in close collaboration with the store manager
• Onboarding and training of new employees
• Identifying opportunities to optimize the store's operations and sales results
• Developing and initiating new initiatives and concepts together with the store manager and the company's management
• Taking full responsibility for the store's daily operations when the store manager is not present

In other words, your role will be to help ensure that the store always functions optimally, that customers have a fantastic experience, and that employees thrive and develop.

Who are you?

We imagine that you have experience from retail and preferably from a position where you have already had responsibility for other employees.

Perhaps you are currently working as an assistant store manager, supervisor, team leader or key person and are ready for the next step in your career.

We are looking for someone who can lead on the shop floor and take responsibility for the managerial and operational tasks that come with the role.

It is an advantage if you

• Have solid experience with sales and customer service
• Have experience in motivating, training and developing employees
• Thrive with responsibility and can maintain overview in a busy store
• Work in a structured manner and follow your tasks through to completion
• Have a commercial understanding and interest in sales figures, KPIs and results
• Are visible, engaged and active on the shop floor
• Take initiative and see opportunities rather than limits
• Are a team player who contributes positively to the working environment
• Have ambitions to develop yourself both personally and as a leader

Perhaps you are already an enthusiastic member of the TCG world? That is certainly a plus, but not a requirement.

The most important thing is that you are curious, engaged and eager to learn the products and the world that our customers and employees are passionate about.

Salary: Based on qualifications and further agreement.

Working hours and location: The position is full-time, 37 hours per week, in the Rogerz store in Rødovre Centrum.

Note that evening and weekend shifts are a natural part of the job.
