Behind Cozze stands Millarco International A/S – a Danish-owned company, which since 1986 has worked with development, sourcing and international distribution of strong brands to building merchants, retail and e-commerce.

Become an important part of our sales team

As Sales Coordinator you will have a central role in the daily support of our sales team and our Danish and international B2B customers. You will be an important support for the Sales Director, Team Lead and Key Account Managers.

The sales team consists of 7 people. We place a high value on teamwork and are always ready to lend a hand where needed. The tempo and mood are high and our tone is informal. We work closely together and spar with each other. In addition you will have a large touchpoint with the other departments in the house, including marketing, service, logistics, etc.

Everyday life is varied, and you must thrive with many tasks and shifting priorities. You will take responsibility for tasks that require high accuracy, attention to detail and where flexibility is a keyword.

Your primary tasks

• Daily support to the sales team and sales management
• Contact and follow-up with Danish and international B2B customers
• Maintenance, contact and follow-up on relationships with existing B2B customers
• Support in building new customer and collaboration relationships
• Order processing and follow-up
• Coordination of campaigns, estimates and sales activities
• Preparation of sales reports and light statistics
• Maintenance of master data and customer information
• Coordination of store implementations and displays
• Product information to customers and partners
• Practical coordination in connection with customer meetings and trade shows
• Diverse ad hoc tasks in the sales team

Are you our new Sales Coordinator?

We are looking for you who have experience with internal sales, sales coordination, sales support or B2B customer service.

You work in a structured way and have an eye for detail, but can also maintain an overview when pace is high and plans change. You are proactive, follow your tasks through to the end and have a natural understanding of good service – both toward customers and colleagues.

We imagine that you

• Have experience with internal sales, sales support or B2B customer service
• Can handle many tasks at once without losing the overview
• Are flexible, service-minded and have a good business sense
• Are familiar with Excel and used to working with data
• Would preferably have experience with pivot tables and PowerPoint
• Master Danish and English fluently in writing and speech
• German language skills are an advantage, but not a requirement
