Sales Coordinator for the German market

You will become part of our Customer Service Central Europe team, where you work closely with dedicated colleagues both on Langeland and across Central Europe. Your daily workplace will be at our location on Langeland, where our largest production is located. Your responsibilities

As a Sales Coordinator you will take responsibility for a part of our German market and become a central key player and link between customers, sales and our internal organization to create the best solutions for our customers and ensure that information, processes and deliveries flow efficiently through the value chain.

Although Germany will be your main market, you will also gain insight into and touch base with several of our total 80 export markets, as you will be able to cover / support other colleagues in Customer Service in connection with holidays and peak loads.

The position involves cross-border collaboration, and there may be travel activity to our other sites to a limited extent, especially in the peak season from April to September.

You report to the Customer Service Manager Central Europe.

Your tasks

As a Sales Coordinator you will play a central role in the daily handling of our customers and order processes. You ensure that customers experience a smooth and professional service, while you coordinate closely with both internal and external partners.

Your primary responsibilities

• Provide professional advice and customer service so that customers have an experience that exceeds their expectations
• Handle and coordinate the order flow from order to delivery in close collaboration with production, logistics, customers, salespeople and forwarders
• Act as the link between internal departments and our sales team in Germany
• Prepare prices and offers to customers and partners
• Create and maintain item numbers and customer-specific data
• Handle and follow up on complaints with a focus on fast and professional solutions
• Support salespeople in daily work and contribute to an efficient sales process
• Cover and support colleagues in Customer Service during holidays, illness and peak loads

We expect that you

• Have a minimum of 2-3 years experience from an international manufacturing company
• Have experience from a customer service, sales coordinator or order processing function
• Have experience with ERP systems, for example AX 4.0, D365FO or equivalent systems
• Master Danish, German and English at a professional level, both spoken and written
• Can communicate professionally, service-mindedly and solution-oriented with customers and partners
• Are familiar with working in an international environment with many stakeholders

We offer a full-time position of 37 hours per week, with the possibility of some travel activity in Europe to our other sites.
