Sales Coordinator for the Nordic markets

You will become part of our Customer Service Nordic team, where you work closely with dedicated colleagues both on Langeland and across the Nordics and Central Europe. Your daily workplace will be at our location on Langeland, where our largest production is located. Your responsibilities

As Sales Coordinator you will be responsible for our Norwegian market and will additionally play an important role in the daily handling of customers and activities in the other Nordic countries.

You will become a central key player and link between customers, sales and our internal organization to create the best solutions for our customers and ensure that information, processes and deliveries flow efficiently through the value chain.

Although Norway and Denmark will be your main markets, you will also gain insight into and touch with several of our in total 80 export markets, primarily the other Nordic markets, as you will need to be able to replace / support other colleagues in Customer Service in connection with holidays and peak load.

You report to the Team Leader for the Nordics.

Your tasks

As Sales Coordinator you will have a central role in the daily handling of our customers and order processes. You ensure that customers experience a smooth and professional service, while coordinating closely with both internal and external collaborators.

Your main responsibilities

• Provide professional guidance and customer service so that customers have an experience that exceeds their expectations
• Handle and coordinate the order flow from order to delivery in close collaboration with production, logistics, customers, salespeople and freight forwarders
• Act as a link between internal departments and our sales team in the Nordics
• Prepare prices and offers to customers and partners
• Create and maintain item numbers and customer-specific data
• Handle and follow up on complaints with focus on quick and professional solutions
• Support salespeople in daily work and contribute to an efficient sales process
• Cover and support colleagues in Customer Service during vacation, illness and peak loads

We expect that you

• Have a minimum of 2-3 years' experience from an international manufacturing company
• Have experience from a customer service, sales coordinator or order processing function
• Have experience with ERP systems, e.g., AX 4.0, D365FO or similar systems
• Professionally fluent in Danish and English, both spoken and written.
• Proficiency / understanding of Norwegian and Swedish would be an advantage
• Can communicate professionally, customer-focused and solution-oriented with customers and partners
• Are comfortable working in an international environment with many stakeholders
