Sales support – maternity leave cover with possibility of permanent employment

At Autoparts24 the business is straightforward: We help workshops and car owners save money and protect the climate. When a car needs repair, they can use used original quality parts instead of new.

We collaborate with more than 120 auto recycling partners in large parts of Europe, have millions of parts for sale online and deliver to customers all over the world. This makes us one of the leading players in Europe in used original spare parts.

One of our skilled colleagues is going on maternity leave. Therefore we are looking for an employee for sales support in a 12-month maternity leave cover, with the possibility of permanent employment afterwards.

We are a small company, but we have customers and suppliers all over the world. Therefore you must be able to speak and write Danish and English, and it is a big plus if you can also cope in other languages, especially German. You must also be able to stay on top of things and keep a good mood when juggling several balls at once.

It is an advantage to know something about cars, but not a requirement. We will train you so you can confidently take on the tasks. If you have experience with customer service, sales or order handling, that is also an advantage.

Areas of work

• Dialogue with customers and suppliers by email and phone
• Follow-up on orders, deliveries and agreements
• Resolving challenges between customers and suppliers, e.g. complaints and returns
• Order processing in our ERP system
• Ongoing building of knowledge about our products

Practical

30-37 hours per week at our office in Roskilde starting December 1, 2026.

as a rule the temporary position is for about 1 year.
