About the job

You will report to our Sales Manager and will be the link between our production, customers and the sales department. Your tasks will be:

• Inventory management
• Order handling
• Follow-up on orders
• Customer contact both in writing and verbally
• Optimization of processes and procedures
• Various administrative tasks

About you

• You have a relevant education and experience with coordination and order processing
• If you have experience in a production company, that is a plus
• Industry knowledge is also a plus, but not a requirement
• You work proactively and find solutions
• You are motivated by making complex challenges come together in a cohesive whole
• You are a team player with a strong drive, flexibility and a strong sense of responsibility
• Danish is a requirement, and you must also be able to communicate in English – both in writing and speaking
• and you should be prepared for a busy spring
