Sams Menswear is a concept chain with 17 stores in Denmark and 3 in Sweden. We design and produce the entire product range ourselves. We are a family-owned company where the family is a big part of everyday life. We are in the office a small team, where collaboration, flexibility and an informal tone are a natural part of daily life.

Job title

You will have an exciting everyday life with responsibility for the entire company's bookkeeping in both Denmark and Sweden. Therefore, it is important for us to find a person who has a broad understanding of accounting, who can work independently and who is not afraid to dive into new tasks.

Your areas of responsibility will typically include

• To handle the daily bookkeeping for both our Danish and Swedish companies
• Ongoing reconciliation of the bookkeeping
• Preparation of monthly balance sheets
• Submission of Danish and Swedish VAT
• Monthly payroll for Danish and Swedish employees
• Letters of credit settlements to our foreign suppliers
• Annual closure to the auditor
• In addition to the usual tasks within accounting and bookkeeping, there will also be a number of ad hoc tasks such as helping the stores with operations.

Our requirements for you

• Experience and preferably education in accounting or bookkeeping
• You master Danish and English both written and spoken
• You should possess the ability to work independently and in a structured way
• It is advantageous to have knowledge of E-conomic, as this is our primary working tool
• You should have a digital mindset, as we gradually transform the company to be more digital.
• You should be adaptable
• You should be prepared to be part of a small team in a family-owned company.

Working hours - 37 hours per week.
