Tybjerggaard employs around 230 employees, of which 13 are in administration including four in the accounting department. We have an office in one wing of the main building.

Your role with us

You will join the daily work in the bookkeeping – from the routine registrations and reconciliations to ongoing dialogue with both internal and external partners. At the same time you will help develop and streamline our financial routines. This means you get a reliable everyday life and the opportunity to leave your mark on future solutions.

The tasks may include

• Daily bookkeeping, invoicing and accounts payable/receivable management
• Reconciliations, preparation for audit and handling of VAT and reporting
• Ongoing contact with suppliers and partners
• Optimization of workflows, systems and procedures
• Administrative ad hoc tasks that naturally arise in a small and flexible organization

We are looking for someone who does not see accounting merely as an administrative duty, but as a strategic tool to create overview and a basis for decision-making.

On the IT side we use Uniconta and Budget 123.

As there are a number of foreign employees, it is an advantage if you speak English at a fairly ordinary level.

• have a relevant financial education such as (HD/(R), marketing economist with an accounting profile or similar practical experience
• are informal, outgoing, approachable and an empathetic communicator
• contribute positively to a daily life with humor and presence

• have drive and show initiative
• want to be part of a company where people help each other and take responsibility
• have several years of experience in a similar role in a finance function and have worked with fixed asset records as well as leasing
• are a power user of common financial systems and have experience implementing new routines and digitizing processes. Knowledge of agricultural accounting is a clear advantage but not a requirement
• have a curious approach to improving the existing
• are good at following procedures and performing controls

It is not essential whether you have experience from the agricultural sector – most important is your approach, your commitment and your desire to work in an environment rooted in Tybjerggaard's values.
