At Special Center South at Skjern Primary School we are seeking as soon as possible an engaged school pedagogue for a position of 32-34 hours per week, with your hours distributed between school and after-school care (SFO).

Our students have varying special educational needs and require adults who can create safety, structure, opportunities to participate and good relationships throughout the day.

We are looking for a pedagogue/ pedagogical assistant who

• see the child before the behaviour
• can remain calm when a child finds it difficult
• are curious about what lies behind
• can create structure without becoming rigid
• actively uses activities, play and communities in the pedagogical work
• thrive in a close interdisciplinary collaboration
• dare to try something new and can also laugh together with both children and colleagues

From school to SFO, without the child having to start over

An important part of the position is that you work across school and SFO. You will thus be part of the coherence in the child's day and can help create good transitions between home in the morning or afternoon, teaching, breaks, leisure time and community activities.
