Senior IGA specialist with responsibility for role modelling and access control

Would you take a central professional responsibility to strengthen Sampension's access control and ensure that roles, rights and controls are well documented, risk-based and work in practice?

We are seeking an experienced IGA specialist who can translate complex business needs into robust role models, governance processes and technical solutions. You have solid practical experience with Identity Governance & Administration and can independently drive work with role modelling, access control and control environments across the organization.

You are motivated by creating structure, transparency and control in complex IT environments and thrive at the intersection of business, technology and regulatory requirements.

About the role

You will play a central role in Sampension's work with Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) and in the ongoing implementation and further development of SailPoint Identity Security Cloud.

You will be responsible for developing and ensuring coherent and risk-based access management that supports the business needs and meets requirements from audit, compliance and regulatory authorities.

The role ranges from advisory and analysis to concrete solutions and implementation. You must be able to make professional decisions, drive tasks forward and ensure that the solutions work and are anchored in the organization. At the same time you will be an important link between the business, system owners, HR, IT and the Service Desk.

Your primary tasks will be to

• Develop and implement role models and access processes across the organization.
• Translate business needs and risks into roles, access rules and principles for access management.
• Configure and further develop SailPoint Identity Security Cloud, including onboarding of systems.
• Drive access recertifications, segregation of duties analyses and other central IGA controls.
• Collaborate with the business, system owners and technical specialists on robust solutions, documentation and compliance.

You will become part of a professionally strong team responsible for governance, risk management, cyber and information security, as well as preparedness. We work closely together with a focus on quality, continuity and continuous improvement.

About you

You work analytically and structurally and have an eye for connections across systems, processes and the organization. You naturally take responsibility, drive your tasks forward and ensure quality from analysis to implementation.

You have practical experience with an IGA platform and can configure or quality-assure, among other things, roles, workflows, access profiles, policies and recertifications.

You have professional impact and can stand firm on principles such as least privilege and separation of duties. At the same time you are good at collaborating and building relationships across the organization.

You manage to balance security and compliance requirements with pragmatic solutions that work in practice and support the business needs.

It is essential that you have

• Several years of practical experience with Identity Governance & Administration (IGA).
• Experience in independently establishing or developing role models.
• Experience with access recertifications, access controls and governance processes.
• Experience in creating buy-in with business owners, system owners and leaders.
• Strong skills in analysis, documentation and quality assurance.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in Danish.
• Ability to independently drive tasks and deliverables.
