We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager who will participate in exciting deliveries for one of our larger Danish customers. In the role you will be hands-on in the development and delivery of IT solutions that meet the customer's requirements, while also helping to lead, support and motivate our teams throughout the entire project lifecycle to ensure high quality and satisfaction.

In the role you will be responsible for

• Taking responsibility for project management and governance of complex IT projects and ensuring successful deliveries through the use of both agile frameworks and traditional waterfall-based project management methods.
• Drive projects strategically and operationally with responsibility for planning, scope, schedules, budget, risk management and handling dependencies across teams and business areas.
• Act as a sparring partner for customers, product managers/owners, application owners and other key stakeholders to ensure that the projects' goals, business value and technical solutions are clearly anchored.
• Ensure high performance in project teams by creating direction, facilitating decision processes and supporting strong collaboration between business, development and external stakeholders.
• Be responsible for delivery management on larger IT projects, including resource allocation, contract management, budget follow-up and quality assurance, so that deliveries are carried out efficiently and with high quality.
• Contribute with experience and technical understanding in projects within, among other things, production technology, data migration and data integration and ensure close coordination between technical teams and the business.

To be successful in the role we imagine that you

• Have solid experience with IT project management and both classical project models as well as agile frameworks such as Scrum and SAFe. The role suits you if you have built solid project management experience and want to develop further in complex customer and delivery environments. Experience from consulting and larger organizations is therefore an advantage
• Have technical understanding and experience within production technology, data migration and/or data integration is an advantage. You manage to translate technical requirements into concrete deliverables in close collaboration with both business and development teams
• Have experience driving IT projects from planning and thrive at creating progress across teams and stakeholders
• Work in a structured way with project and delivery management and are motivated by creating value for both customers and colleagues
• Have experience with stakeholder management and can build good collaboration across business, IT and project leadership
• Communicate fluently and professionally in both Danish and English and are able to build trust and clear direction in collaboration with customers and project teams
