🏗️ FROM PLANNING TO COMPLETION CONSTRUCTION

You will become the central person on your own projects and be responsible for ensuring that finances, quality and schedule are aligned.

Your tasks will include, among others

🔹 Leadership of larger construction projects from start to finish

🔹 Financial management, budgets and ongoing follow-up

🔹 Planning and coordination of timelines

🔹 Management of suppliers and partners

🔹 Close dialogue with clients throughout the construction process

🔹 Ensuring quality, progress and compliance with agreements

🔹 Contributing to developing workflows and project management

You will work with both new build and renovation, including projects with high complexity.

We are looking for someone who has already built solid experience with project management in the construction industry.

You

• Have experience driving construction projects independently
• Have good control of finances, budgets and timelines
• Can coordinate many different trades and partners
• Are good at communicating with both clients/owners and tradespeople
• Takes responsibility and dares to make decisions
• Keeps an overview when it gets busy
• Have ambitions to develop professionally and in leadership
• Want to be part of a growing company

You do not need to already have the title of project manager.
