Service-minded, robust, flexible and adaptable service assistant sought for OUH Cleaning and Hospital Service for area 608 For employment at OUH Cleaning and Hospital Service, 1 position as service assistant is hereby advertised to be filled on January 4, 2027.

The average working time is 37 hours per week with working hours within 06:00-22:30.

There is a shift every 6th weekend.

Responsibilities for a service assistant

• Mainly cleaning tasks according to plan in the clinical wards and treatment sections
• Transport tasks and other supporting service in connection with patient treatment
• Responsible for working with and according to the department's policies, guidelines and instructions
• Responsible for own development, and together with management to stay up to date and acquisition of new knowledge
• Takes responsibility for on-the-job training of new colleagues in collaboration with the operations manager

• You are service-minded and make a difference for the patients
• Demonstrates commitment, positive attitude and decisiveness
• Have the ability and willingness to collaborate across disciplines but also to work independently
• You are robust (physically as well as mentally), and can keep many balls in the air and maintain both overview and good humor - even on very busy days
• You speak, read and understand Danish – also by telephone

Education

• You must eventually complete the Vocational Education and Training as hospital service assistant, if you do not already have it. Furthermore you must have passed Danish and mathematics corresponding to 9th grade level.

Salary and employment conditions: Salary and employment terms for the position follow the collective agreement 32.37 as vocational trained or unskilled service assistant. The starting salary for the position can be found via the following link: See start salary for positions in Region Syddanmark .

In addition to the starting salary, the pay may include negotiated allowances depending on the position, your experience and qualifications.

We expect to hold interviews at the start of week 48.

It is a condition of employment that a satisfactory criminal record certificate can be obtained.
