We are looking for a service assistant with strong trades competencies and a trades background who wants to become part of a small team with an informal tone and strong collaboration.

You will have a daily routine where you work both independently and together with your colleagues and where tasks are solved across our departments

Your tasks will include

· Solutions to hands-on tasks in daily work

· Smaller and larger maintenance tasks indoors and outdoors

· Small repairs and ad hoc tasks

· Ensure that buildings and surroundings look neat and function optimally

· Planning and execution of tasks with focus on quality and deadlines

We envision , that you have a trades background or relevant experience, work independently and take responsibility for your tasks. You thrive in a small team, contribute to good collaboration and can operate in a daily life with residents with different challenges. You meet people with calm and respect, are flexible in your approach to tasks and have a natural sense for quality and integrity in what you do. You have a B driving license and can operate computers, emails and apps at a basic user level.

Practical

You will primarily carry out tasks in our departments mainly in the Vestegnen area of Zealand, but you can also expect to help in our other departments when needed.

Salary and employment terms are agreed individually.
