Service Manager for our Greentech department in Glostrup

At Uggerly Installation we are looking for a service manager who can lead his/her own team of charging-box installers and bring planning, finances and good customer service together.

We perform installations for one of Denmark's largest charging-box suppliers. You will be responsible for ensuring that tasks are carried out in accordance with the supplier's instructions and that end users experience the high level of service they expect from the first agreement to the completed installation.

Your daily life as a service manager

With many installations every week, the job requires an overview and ongoing follow-up. You are close to both the installers and the tasks and have the daily dialogue with the customer and end users.

Your tasks will include

• Lead and follow up your team of charging-box installers.
• Inspect tasks and clarify practical and technical aspects before installation.
• Plan and allocate tasks so staffing and capacity match the amount of work.
• Ensure that installations meet current requirements and the supplier's guidelines.
• Keep track of economy, time consumption and progress.
• Follow up on quality and customer service so agreements are met and end users have a good experience.

About you

You are trained as an electrician and have experience in planning and coordinating installation or service tasks. Perhaps you already work as a service manager or senior supervisor, or you are ready to take the next step. Experience with charging boxes is not a requirement.

You can set a clear direction for the installers and are available when they need help or professional clarification. You work in a structured way, follow up on agreements and can adjust the plan when today's tasks change. At the same time you communicate properly and clearly with both customers, end users and colleagues.

A local team with nationwide sparring

In Glostrup you will become part of a strong local team together with another service manager and a coordinator. You also join our nationwide Greentech team, where you can share experiences and brainstorm with service managers from the other departments.

You will report to the head of service & technology, Martin Østergaard.

We have a good camaraderie and a daily life where we help each other and maintain a good tone. There is also room to meet outside work with social events both locally in Glostrup and across the company.
