SERVICE AND INSTALLATION MANAGER - Svane Køkkenet Odense, Kolding, Vejle and Lyngby

We are looking for a Service and Montage Manager for our LMS department – Delivery, Montage, and Service.

The demand for our kitchen and furniture solutions is high, and we are strengthening the organization with a leader who will take responsibility for ensuring a professional and efficient montage and service organization – with high quality, strong planning, and the customer at the center.

THE JOB

As the Service and Montage Manager you will have the daily responsibility for our montage and service area, primarily aimed at private customers.

You will become the natural leader and sparring partner for installers and other colleagues around montage and service and work closely with our service manager, salespeople, interior designers, and other functions.

Your responsibility is to ensure that tasks are planned correctly, solved efficiently, and completed properly.

Your main areas of responsibility will include, among others

• Daily leadership and prioritization of montage and service tasks
• Planning and capacity management of installers
• Ensuring high quality and consistent working methods
• Follow-up on progress, deadlines, and completion of cases
• Handling and prioritizing service cases
• As-built measurements and professional sparring on complex cases
• Coordination of backorders and post-delivery deliveries
• Customer contact in connection with montage and service
• Quality control of completed montage work
• Follow-up on faults, deficiencies, and complaints
• Ongoing development of workflows and processes
• Collaboration across our four stores

WE EXPECT THAT YOU

Have a relevant craft background – for example as a carpenter, joiner, kitchen installer, or similar – combined with solid practical experience.

You also have experience taking responsibility for others and thrive in a role where you both lead, prioritize, and can roll up your sleeves when the situation requires it.
