SFO pedagogue Our Lady's School 15 hours per week

We have a vacancy for an educator at Vor Frue School. The position is part-time 15 hours per week.

If you would like to become part of a small, well-functioning and professionally strong work community, then perhaps you are the one we are looking for for our SFO at Vor Frue School. We are looking for an educator who can be in the SFO for three hours per day on five days a week – at the time when there are the most children in the SFO.

Vor Frue School is a manageable and safe primary school with 42 students and eight staff, of which three are permanently attached to the SFO. We strive for an appreciative and professional collaborative culture, where we work closely across school and leisure time with the children’s well-being, learning and development at the center.

The school and the SFO share facilities according to the principle of functionality, and the children use the spaces flexibly during the day depending on activities. We have plenty of space – both outside and inside – and good opportunities to plan meaningful and varied activities.

We are looking for an educator who

• Has experience with and a desire to work in SFO
• Has a resource-oriented view of children
• Takes active initiative for creative, physical and playful activities – both outdoors and indoors
• Can work independently and structurally with clear goals and pedagogical direction
• Can take responsibility for a group of children’s well-being while also having a view of the whole
• Wants to collaborate closely with colleagues and parents about the children’s everyday life
• Has courage and abilities to participate in the school’s overall development

The position is 15 hours per week with a start date January 1, 2027 .

Salary according to applicable collective agreement. In connection with the employment, child and criminal record certificates as well as references will be obtained as agreed.
