Hvem søger vi….

We are looking for a pedagogue who will help create a great leisure-time offering for our children. We want to offer our children a wide range of different activities, and therefore as a pedagogue with us you should be able to contribute in the pedagogical field with fresh ideas for activities that span many different types of children.

You must be solidly grounded in your professional field, as we have a clear expectation that you can take responsibility for diverse tasks, which sometimes require patience, care, curiosity, creativity, structure, calm and clarity.

At Frisholm School we focus on ALL should become somebody, not merely something.

We work with KRAP as a pedagogical tool and focus on always having an appreciative approach in our interactions with both children and adults.

We offer a community with high professional standards and room for social interaction both in teams, departments and in the broad community. We have a working environment with flexibility, clear expectations and a high ceiling. In the after-school part we are a team of 12 engaged pedagogues and assistants who together form the framework for our SFO and club.

Frisholm Skole is located in a scenic natural area with a gym, swimming pool, Camp Them, skate park etc. right opposite. Here there are plenty of opportunities to explore activities e.g. with outdoor life and movement. At Frisholm School we have a growing primary section. This means we have 3 streams from 0.-2. grade and 2 streams in 3. grade. We have strong support for our SFO and club offerings and therefore we are seeking a skilled pedagogue for our leisure-time section.

Hvem er du …

You are trained as a pedagogue and you are driven to create fun and exciting activities for the children in our leisure-time section. You have a good mood and are able to contribute in a solution-oriented way in a professional community, where one must be able to seize a good idea and collaborate with teachers, pedagogues and assistants. You work with an appreciative approach and meet colleagues, children and parents with curiosity and high professional standards. You must be a class-based pedagogue in a primary-grade class, where you will collaborate with the teacher and have contact with the parents.
