About the job

Join us in making knowledge about leadership visible and usable in a media reality shaped by artificial intelligence and new user habits.

Are you strong in digital communication, and can you translate professional knowledge into engaging text, graphics and video? Are you curious about how data and insights into new user habits can be used to develop our outreach, and would you like to take part in the daily communications work as well? Then it might be you we are looking for.

Growth Hub for Leadership is set up to strengthen leadership in municipalities and regions. AI and new user habits change how leaders search for, find and use knowledge. Therefore we are rethinking our digital dissemination and are seeking a digital communications consultant in a project position up to the end of 2028. You will contribute to our AI transformation and help develop our outreach and create content and solutions that leaders can use easily in their daily lives.

You will become part of a small secretariat in a project organization where we work closely together and help each other to achieve both development tasks and daily tasks. We collaborate with external partners, and there is a short path from idea to action. You will have the opportunity to shape how our content meets users across digital channels.

About Growth Hub for Leadership

Growth Hub for Leadership is a tripartite collaboration between KL, Danish Regions, the Negotiation Community and Akademikerne. Together we strengthen leadership in municipalities and regions through development projects, knowledge and concrete tools.

The secretariat handles the daily coordination of Growth Hub for Leadership’s work and the dissemination of knowledge from our projects across channels. We are responsible, among other things, for Lederweb, where we share articles, publications, podcasts and tools for leaders at all levels.

Your tasks

Your everyday work will include both development, ongoing communications tasks and practical tasks in the secretariat. You will, among other things:

  • produce engaging content for web and social media in text, graphics and video
  • write and edit web texts, articles and newsletters with a reader-focused approach, SEO and GEO
  • translate knowledge from our projects into formats that fit different target groups and channels
  • develop graphics, infographics and layouts that make our knowledge inviting and easy to use
  • take ideas from first drafts to final publication in close collaboration with colleagues and external partners
  • use data and user insights to see what works and continually sharpen the dissemination
  • trial new digital approaches and actively and reflectively use AI tools in the work
  • contribute to daily operations and solve practical tasks related to the secretariat’s activities

Your competencies

We imagine that you

  • have a degree in e.g. communications, journalism, media or digital design and preferably a few years of experience with digital communications
  • write confidently and vibrantly for different channels and have experience with social media
  • have a good visual sense and experience with e.g. Canva or Adobe programs
  • have an understanding of digital user behavior and knowledge of web communication, SEO, GEO and the use of data in communications work
  • actively and thoughtfully uses AI tools and translates new digital possibilities into concrete communication
  • take initiative, work in a structured way and follow tasks through to completion.

You do not need to be a specialist in everything. We emphasize that you have a solid communication professional foundation, are digitally curious and eager to learn new things and test possibilities in practice.

We offer

  • a project position where you can help develop our outreach in a media reality shaped by AI and new user habits
  • a varied daily life where you both contribute to development and handle the daily communications work
  • responsibility and the opportunity to develop professionally from day one
  • freedom to try out ideas and create visible results
  • insight into current leadership agendas in municipalities and regions
  • a small, informal secretariat with high trust, close collaboration and short decision-making paths.

Practical

The position is a fixed-term project appointment full-time until December 31, 2028. The workplace is Growth Hub for Leadership, Weidekampsgade 10, 2300 Copenhagen S.

If you are interested in the position, please send your CV and application no later than Sunday, November 22, 2026. We will hold the first interview round on December 1 and 2 and the second interview round on December 7. In connection with the second interview there will be a case task. We expect you to be able to start on February 1, 2027, but there is the possibility of starting earlier by agreement.

You can read more about our work, projects, publications and other offerings at www.lederweb.dk. If you would like to hear more, you can contact Secretariat Manager Ditte Maja Tvilde at 40 23 66 69. Salary and employment conditions follow the applicable collective agreement. http://www.lederweb.dk
