At NIMARA we are passionate about offering modern and stylish furniture that combines functionality and aesthetics. We are an online furniture company in rapid growth and opened our first showroom in Odense in 2025, where our customers have the opportunity to experience our products up close.

We are now seeking an engaged and responsible manager for a full-time position of 30-37 hours per week, who can take ownership of the showroom's day-to-day operations and help ensure excellent customer experiences.

You will be responsible for a small team, currently consisting of two part-time sales assistants. We are therefore looking for someone who thrives on taking responsibility, working independently, and at the same time fostering good collaboration within the team.

Your tasks

• Have overall responsibility for the daily operation of the showroom.
• Have personnel responsibility for our small team in the showroom, including scheduling, coordination and distribution of daily tasks.
• Welcome customers and provide professional and inspiring guidance in the showroom.
• Ensure that the showroom always presents itself in a presentable and inviting manner.
• Handle administrative tasks in connection with daily operations.
• Contribute to generating sales and high customer satisfaction through your own and the team's efforts.
• Take initiative for improvements and ensure that daily tasks are followed through.
• Ensure good collaboration and a positive daily life in the team.

We imagine that you

• Have experience with customer service or sales, preferably from retail/shops.
• Would preferably have experience with leadership or personnel responsibility, but this is not a requirement. The most important thing is that you have the desire and ability to take responsibility.
• Are independent, responsible and thrive on taking ownership of your tasks.
• Have good collaboration skills and can motivate and support a small team.
• Are structured, solution-oriented and have a good eye for detail.
• Enjoy meeting people, are service-minded and build good relationships with customers.
• Are flexible and ready to take part in a broad range of tasks.
• Can stay overviewed and handle several tasks at once.
