Restaurant manager sought for Ralphy’s Fried Chicken in Aarhus

At Ralphy’s Fried Chicken on Nørre Allé we are passionate about delivering the city’s best and juiciest fried chicken. We are busy, and therefore we are seeking a strong and engaged restaurant manager from 1 December 2026 , who will be part of running and further developing the restaurant.

Your primary tasks

• Daily operations: Ensure smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant and kitchen in close collaboration with the team.
• Staff management: Develop, motivate and schedule working hours for staff and ensure a good and positive working structure.
• Quality and food safety: Ensure that our high standards for food quality, hygiene and cleanliness are always adhered to (including the Danish Food Authority's guidelines).
• Guest experience: Be the good example in front of guests and ensure that everyone leaves here with a smile and a desire to return.
• Stock and ordering management: Keep an overview of raw materials, inventory and orders with suppliers.

We imagine that you

• Have experience from the restaurant industry (preferably in a responsible role or as supervisor/captain).
• Are strong at overview, structure and can keep a cool head when it’s busy.
• Are a good communicator who can lead and unite a young and energetic team.
• Take ownership, are reliable and lead with a high level of service.
• Speak and understand Danish and/or English.
