We are seeking a new colleague in Home Care Favrskov East with a meeting place in Hadsten. This is a permanent full-time position starting 1 January 2027 or by agreement. You will work in two shifts, i.e. day and evening shift or day and night shift. In addition, you should expect weekend work every third weekend.

About the workplace

We place great emphasis on interdisciplinary collaboration around the citizens and are organised into 3 fixed teams consisting of both nurses, social- and health care assistants, social- and health care helpers and unskilled staff.

We work with holistic care and welfare technology and always with a rehabilitative and maintenance-focused approach.

We use tablets for documentation in the electronic care journal Cura.

It is also a requirement that you have a driving license for a passenger car.
