We were the first clinic in Denmark to offer Onda Coolwaves for chin treatment, and since then we have had clients traveling from all over the country to receive the treatment with us.

We are proud to offer this unique technology – and as part of our team you will receive thorough training in the treatment.

ABOUT THE POSITION

We are busy and are seeking a practitioner for 20 - 37 hours per week on a temporary position with the possibility of permanent employment.

WE EXPECT THAT YOU

• Are honest, approachable and exude good energy.
• Have a strong sense of situations and are able to meet clients professionally and with presence.
• Have a sharp eye for detail and work in a structured and precise manner.
• Thrive in a busy everyday with many tasks and be able to maintain an overview – even when tempo is high.
• Work independently and take responsibility for your tasks and your development.
• Have good communication skills and be able to create safety and trust in dialogue with clients.
• Master both Danish and English in writing and speaking.
• Have solid IT skills at user level and be familiar with computers, smartphones (Android), e-mails, calendar, image handling and basic apps.
• Be technically proficient and quickly able to get up to speed with new systems and workflows.
• Have good physical fitness and endurance, as the treatments require this.
• Be flexible and prepared for changing working hours – morning, day, evening and weekend.
• Thrive in a team and actively contribute to a positive working environment.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, AMONG OTHER THINGS

• Performing treatments – with a focus on high quality and professionalism.
• Responding to customer inquiries and handling light administrative tasks.
• Calendar booking and coordination of appointments.
• Taking before- and after-photos.
• Recording social media videos.
• Cleaning and preparing the clinic and treatment rooms.
• Creating a cozy and professional atmosphere in the clinic.

ADDITIONAL ATTRACTIVE QUALIFICATIONS

• Relevant education such as cosmetologist, nurse or other clinical background.
• Experience in a similar role or industry.
• Experience with treatments such as laser, facial treatments or body contouring.
• Experience with social media and content production.
• A service-minded approach focused on creating safe and positive customer experiences.
