We are looking for an engaged and professionally grounded social- and health care assistant for a permanent day shift position with start on January 1, 2027 .

Employment of 35-37 hours per week by agreement.

About Ældrecenter Vesterlund Ældrecenter Vesterlund consists of five departments with a total of 56 apartments for residents with dementia.

About the position As a social- and health care assistant you will primarily work day shifts and participate in weekend shifts every other weekend.

You share responsibility for care, nursing and health-related interventions for residents in the department in close collaboration with colleagues, relatives and other partners.

We expect that you

• are trained and licensed as a social- and health care assistant
• have interest in and preferably experience with work within the dementia field
• are keen to work based on a neuro-pedagogical approach
• can create overview and maintain calm in a busy daily routine
• work systematically and have a focus on quality and patient safety
• document professionally and correctly
• contribute positively to collaboration and the work environment
• have good communication skills in cooperation with residents, relatives, colleagues and management
