School pedagogue who wishes to join the Nest journey at Nydamskolen

The position has a start date of January 1, 2027

We are seeking a skilled and engaged pedagogue for the early years who can see themselves in a close collaborative team in one of our Nest classes, and who is passionate about working according to the Nest principles. In addition, there is an extended collaboration with PPR.

The position is 34 hours and follows the school year.

The position is in 0. grade including support hours and participation in Social Learning in two other grades in the primary school.

You will most often be the second adult in the class, where your role is to support the class structure in close collaboration with the class teachers.

Nydamskolen has two phases; primary school 0.-5. grade and junior secondary 6.-9. grade.

You will, together with colleagues, participate in Nest training if you have not done so already

Nydamskolen is a basic school with about 400 pupils and 65 staff, distributed across 0.-9. year, ASF special classes and SFO.

Nydamskolen is a Nest model school in the Sønderborg municipality and is in the process of developing the learning environments pedagogically. In the long run, Nydamskolen will have Nest classes in 0.-9. grade.

Over the last year we have had a particular focus on preventing high emotional demands in the work in creating the best possible working environment.
