Plejecenter Marienlyst, a medium-sized nursing home with 37 apartments, located in Skive's eastern district.

We have around 30 employees distributed across different professional groups.

We have a fantastic multidisciplinary collaboration throughout the building and place great emphasis on helping each other. On weekdays we focus on creating a good community and working environment.

• Triaging: We hold daily meetings where we discuss each resident's situation and needs
• The rehabilitative mindset: We support residents in living as independently as possible for as long as possible
• Electronic documentation: We document via our care system Nexus
• Implementation of the new elderly law.
