We work with person-centered care, where the residents’ life story, self-determination and quality of life are in focus. Professional reflection, perspective shifts and curiosity about the person behind the behaviour are an important part of our approach.

At the same time, we work to translate the intentions of the Elderly Act into practice with a focus on, among other things, rehabilitation, holistic care and a meaningful everyday life.

We are looking for you who

• Are educated as a social- and health care assistant with solid clinical experience, preferably from elder care.
• Have strong skills in medication management, clinical observations and complex illness courses, and preferably knowledge of dementia, psychiatry and palliation.
• Can coordinate and lead the nursing-technical efforts in collaboration with colleagues and other professional groups.
• Work safely with health professional documentation. Knowledge of Cura Omsorg and health conditions is a plus.
• Can prioritize, maintain overview and take independent professional responsibility.
• Are reflective, helpful and contribute with knowledge, respect and a good sense of humor.

Practical information

The position is initially 37 hours, but individual considerations and requests regarding working hours can be accommodated. Working hours are primarily day and evening shifts, and weekend shifts depend on the number of hours.

Starting date: 1 December 2026 or as soon as possible.
