Social and Health Care Assistant for a permanent position at the Rehabilitation Center Herning

At Rehabiliteringscenter Herning we work every day to create high quality and coherence in citizens' pathways. We have 30 temporary places and receive citizens for, among others:

• Acute stays
• Assessment stays
• Advanced rehabilitation paths

Our patients have complex needs including medical diseases, palliation, surgery/wounds, dementia and neurology.

You are never alone – we have a nurse on duty 24/7, so there is always an opportunity for sparring and support.

About the position

• Permanent position of up to 37 hours (option for fewer hours)
• Day shift with few evening shifts
• 6–8 evening shifts over 12 weeks
• Weekend shift every 2nd weekend or 5 weekends in 12 weeks

We are organized into three teams with different specialties

• Medicine
• Acute and palliation
• Neurology

• Interdisciplinary conferences
• Ongoing professional development
• Internal teaching and opportunity for courses
• Supervision and debriefing when needed
