Omsorgscenter Tolleruphøj is seeking an engaged social and health care assistant for the evening shift

Tolleruphøj is a small, cozy care center with 31 residences. With us, holistic care, professional reflection and residents' quality of life form the foundation of our work. You will become part of a well-functioning team where your knowledge and overview make a real difference – for both residents and colleagues.

In the evening shift we work 5:2.

Your primary tasks

• Personal care and nursing with professional quality and respect for the individual
• To respond to changes in residents' condition and act professionally on them
• To contribute to documentation and the multidisciplinary effort
• Medication management
• Professional sparring and close collaboration with colleagues, nurses, therapists, residents and relatives

Employment terms

The position starts on December 1, 2026, or as agreed.
