Social- and Health Care Assistant for Holistic Care

We are seeking a social- and health care assistant – primarily for day shifts – who wants to become part of a new and development-oriented interdisciplinary team in Integrated Care South.

Integrated Care and the Older Persons Act

We are well underway with the implementation of Integrated Care and the new Older Persons Act. This means, among other things, that we work more rehabilitatively and with greater focus on citizens' own resources, wishes and goals.

You will become part of a team with SSA, SSH, nurses, physiotherapists and occupational therapists , where we work closely together to create coherent care pathways for citizens.

As an SSA you will have the opportunity to use and develop your professional skills. You will handle nursing tasks in stable citizen pathways and collaborate closely with nurses on more complex pathways.

Integrated Care is organized into six departments with two day-shift teams and one evening-shift team. We work with duo leadership , so there are good opportunities for professional sparring, development and accessible leadership.

We work among other things with person-centered care , rehabilitation and KMD Nexus as the documentation system.

Practical

The position is 37 hours per week with weekend shifts every 3rd weekend .

If another number of hours suits you better, we are happy to discuss it.

Salary according to current agreement and the Ny Løn principles.
