In Fanø Municipality's Holistic Care we are targeting the implementation of the Elderly Act . This means our tasks become more complex – and therefore we need more social- and health care assistants who, together with us, will ensure a high level of professional quality in care and nursing.

We are looking for two social- and health care assistants who want to contribute with strong professional expertise and be part of a good collaboration in our stable, multidisciplinary teams.

About the positions

We have two positions available

🔹 Fixed day shift position

• 32–37 hours per week
• Work every 3rd weekend

🔹 Position with rotating shifts (day and evening)

• 32–37 hours per week
• No fixed base schedule
• Duty roster known 8 weeks ahead

Your new colleagues will be social- and health care helpers, social- and health care assistants, pedagogues, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, nursing aides and nurses.

As a social- and health care assistant in Holistic Care

• you work based on the citizen's needs, wishes and life situation
• you participate in a multidisciplinary collaboration where the whole person is the focus
• you contribute to efforts with a preventive, rehabilitative and/or maintenance aim
• you have a special responsibility to perform delegated nursing tasks
• you continually follow up on interventions with a view to adjustment or conclusion

About Holistic Care and Fanø Municipality

Holistic Care is part of Health and Care in Fanø Municipality.

We are about 40 employees who daily help around 110 citizens across the entire Fanø.

We are based at Vangled 32 in Nordby – close to the ferry and the Health House.
