In Holistic Care Toldbodgade we are in an exciting development, as on 31 August 2026 we organized ourselves into multidisciplinary teams. In this context, we are looking for a social- and health care assistant who is passionate about professional quality, rehabilitation and person-centered care. With us you get both independent responsibility, close interdisciplinary collaboration and colleagues who are always ready for sparring.

We are looking for

An social- and health care assistant for predominantly day shifts, but with a few evening shifts about every 6 weeks.

Day shift

The position is 37 hours per week, with work every 3rd weekend. If you would like to work every 2nd weekend, this is also an option.

Who are we?

Holistic Care Toldbodgade covers the southern part of Silkeborg City Centre.

We are in the middle of an exciting development where we establish multidisciplinary teams consisting of social- and health care assistants, social- and health care helpers, nurses and therapists. Together we work based on the principles of holistic care with a focus on rehabilitation, person-centered care and high professional quality.

As a social- and health care assistant you will have an independent clinical responsibility for selected citizens. At the same time, you become part of a strong multidisciplinary community with good opportunities for sparring with colleagues, including nurses, therapists and our competency nurse.

We place a high priority on professional reflection and collaboration. Therefore we have, among other things:

• Daily meetings on early detection, with the SSA group playing a central role.
• Weekly interdisciplinary DTR meetings focusing on rehabilitation and health care issues.
• Citizen conferences, instruction and professional meetings.
• A strong learning environment with students and trainees.

With us you do not have to stand alone. We help each other and lift the tasks together.

Experience from home care and familiarity with Nexus is an advantage, but not a requirement.

Practical information

• In day shift bikes and bike helmets are available. We have cars for urgent tasks, such as handling falls etc.
• In evening shift both cars and bikes are available.

Salary and employment terms according to the applicable collective agreement and local salary arrangement.
