About the job

Mariested is a social-psychiatric housing form with 44 places for adult residents with psychiatric diagnoses such as schizophrenia, bipolar affective disorder and personality disorder.

We are physically divided into 3 teams with 12, 13 and 19 residents respectively. The position is in Team North, which houses 12 residents who live in their own apartments. Some residents need help and guidance in connection with personal hygiene.

We work at Mariested from a recovery perspective with focus on development and self-reliance to promote the resident's opportunity to live a meaningful and independent life. In general, you as an employee should help solve our core task

This is done in part by using Low Arousal (LA2) and Feedback Informed Treatment (FIT).

We offer

  • A workplace in an exciting development, where resident influence is in focus.
  • Introductory program.
  • An interdisciplinary staff group that is good at sparring with each other – always with the resident at the center.
  • Professional discussions on scheduled daily reflections, on 5 annual team meetings as well as supervision with an external supervisor.

We are looking for a colleague who

  • Has an interest in, and preferably experience with, psychiatry.
  • Can remain calm and maintain an overview in challenging situations.
  • Can work professionally differentiated in relation to each resident's goals and wishes.
  • Can perform, or is willing to learn, personal care.
  • Is prepared to take on tasks across the entire Mariested.
  • Together with residents and colleagues can think outside the box and find new ways.
  • Is stable and flexible.
  • Has good IT skills and good communicative abilities both in writing and in speech. We use Cura as the documentation system.
  • Can reflect on practice as well as give and receive professional feedback.
  • Can work professionally and thus be able to detach personal norms in the work.
  • Actively participate in further developing the good working environment.

The position involves mixed shifts day/evening and there are 5 weekends over 12 weeks. There may be a few night shifts. The position is 37 hours on average per week with employment from 1/1-2027.

Remuneration is according to the applicable collective agreement.

A police certificate is requested.

Interviews are expected to be held 25 November 2026
