As one of our experienced social- and health care assistants has chosen to retire after many good years at Solsidecentret, we are now seeking her replacement.

About Solsidecentret

Solsidecentret is home to 83 residents, of which 2 are respite places, as well as a dementia unit with space for 13 residents. We are currently expanding the centre with 6 new housing units, expected to be ready in January 2027.

We work from the principles of holistic care, where residents' needs, wishes and resources are seen in a coherent whole. Our goal is to create balance between the lived life, the daily life at the nursing home and the health care interventions.

With us you become part of a strong multidisciplinary community consisting of social- and health aides, social- and health care assistants, an ergotherapist and nurses, who together ensure high professional quality and coherence in the residents' daily lives.

We are also an active education site with around 20 students annually and participate in the project "Ufaglært til Faglært". Together with our many volunteers we create a lively house with activities, fellowship and good experiences for the residents.

A bit about the position

This is a permanent position.

The working time is 37 hours per week, preferably in the evening shift, and work every other weekend.

Expected date of employment is 1 December 2026.

Salary and employment terms

According to the applicable collective agreement for social- and health personnel (73.01) concluded between KL and FOA

Prior to final employment there must be a criminal record check and references.
