EXPERIENCED SOCIAL AND HEALTH CARE ASSISTANT SOUGHT FOR PRIVATE HOME CARE IN FURESØ

We are seeking a qualified and experienced social- and health care assistant for our evening shift in a fixed 5-2 rotation from 15:00 to 23:30 . Monday/Tuesday and every other weekend in even weeks, Friday, Saturday and Sunday,

Your tasks

• Holistic care and practical assistance for citizens in their own homes
• Create security, presence and quality in the meeting with the citizen
• Coordinate and work closely with your colleagues
• Daily professional sparring with the responsible SSH
• Quality-conscious and timely documentation in FSIII Nexus
• Actively contribute to rehabilitation and the good citizen experience

We are looking for someone who

• Is a qualified social- and health care assistant
• Has experience from home care
• Has an interest in rehabilitation and professional development
• Has experience with or knowledge of Nexus, FMK, SEL, the Elderly Act and SUL
• Is reliable, responsible and can work independently
• Wants to be part of a team where we help each other and lift as one

Employment

The position is 29.75 hours per week.

• Fixed evening shift 15:00–23:30
• 5-2 rotation - Monday/Tuesday - even weeks, Friday, Saturday, Sunday.
• Start as soon as possible – we are happy to wait for the right candidate
