Arden Home Care consists of skilled and engaged SSAs, SSHs and a few unskilled staff, who together lift the core task with high professionalism – but we need you to complete the team, as we have growth in tasks and vacant positions.

The position

We are looking for

• 2 Social- and Health Care Helpers as part of a fixed team
• 30 hours per week with work every 2. weekend in a fixed rotation
• To achieve full-time, it should be expected that the remaining hours are delivered in day shifts

If you are unskilled with a strong interest in the profession, we are also curious to meet you with a view to a possible temporary position.

Professional sparring

We have an open feedback culture and continuously spar with each other – among other things at team meetings, joint sparring and via observations in our care system. As an SSH in Arden Home Care you work closely with other professional groups across shifts to ensure high professionalism and patient safety.

With Arden Home Care you are a central and indispensable part of the task solution. You have influence on your workplace in close cooperation with coordinators and the manager.
