Social- and Health-Care Assistant sought for Helle Care Center

We are seeking an engaged and professionally grounded social- and health care assistant for a permanent position of 37 hours per week. Shifts are primarily during daytime hours, but you should expect to have occasional evening or night shifts. You are also welcome to apply if you are interested in a position in the evening shift.

There is the possibility to work every other weekend or 4.5 weekends over 12 weeks (every 3rd weekend + an extra weekend shift)

• Are educated as a social- and health care assistant
• Work professionally responsible and can act calmly and safely in acute situations
• Can maintain an overview in a busy daily life
• Thrive with both independent work and close collaboration with colleagues
• Have a flexible, stable and approachable approach to the work
• Contribute positively to the working environment and the sense of community
• Are keen on professional development
• Preferably have knowledge of Nexus (not a requirement)

Your tasks will include

• Carry out basic and complex care tasks
• Observe, document and follow up on residents' well-being and health
• Support residents in daily life with a focus on dignity, self-determination and quality of life
• Prioritize and coordinate tasks in collaboration with colleagues
• Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration with nurses and area nurses
• Contribute actively to a good atmosphere and a positive working environment
