Kongshøj Nursing Home is a smaller, cozy nursing home with 28 apartments and a strong sense of community among your future colleagues. We have a focus on professionalism, and we continuously develop together. Here there is also room to be new and to learn continuously.

Kongshøj is an active house with many volunteers who run different activities for the residents on all weekdays. Among other things, the whole house smells of home baking every Monday afternoon, residents can shop in the volunteers' kiosk, bus trips are run every Wednesday, there are bike rides with the residents twice a week, knitting club, book club, chair gymnastics, a visiting dog, and much, much more.

We believe that life should be lived throughout life, and the best care arises in the relationship with the individual person. Therefore we work with person-centered care, high professionalism and close collaboration with residents, relatives and the volunteers.

Your tasks as SHA

As a social- and health care assistant you will become an important part of the residents' everyday life. Your tasks will include, among others, to:

• Provide personal care, support and practical help based on each resident's wishes, needs and resources.
• Support residents' independence, well-being and quality of life.
• Help create safe, meaningful and good everyday lives for the residents.
• Observe changes in residents' condition and report relevant observations.
• Interdisciplinary collaboration across relevant partners.
• Contribute to a good working environment and a strong collegial community.

• Is trained as a social- and health care assistant.

• Is responsible and can work independently within your professional competency area.

Salary and terms

Workplace: Kongshøj Nursing Home

Hours: 37 hours

Start date: 1/1/2027 or earlier by agreement

Salary placement is according to the collective agreement for the Danish Association of Social and Health Care Personnel and our pre-agreements and possible individual allowances based on special competences, knowledge or experience.

The position's salary range as a Social- and Health Care Assistant will be from DKK 27,680.23 up to DKK 32,446.56, depending on the candidate's seniority, further education and personal competences.

Salary range is monthly salary excluding pension.
