We are seeking social and health care assistant apprentices and social and health care helper apprentices for start on

basic course 2 and main course, with start on January 18, 2027.

With a Social and Health Care Helper education you can continue to read for a Social and Health Care Assistant. A Social and Health Care Assistant education can be your stepping stone to continuing to study nursing, social work, physiotherapist or occupational therapist.

Admission requirements

A passed 9th or 10th grade final exam, with minimum 02 in

mathematics and Danish.

If you apply directly from 9th or 10th grade, passing basic course 1 is required.

If you apply for SSA from basic course, you must attach RKV-A prepared by ZBC in the application.

Salary and employment terms

Throughout the education you will be paid a trainee wage by Faxe Municipality.

There is an opportunity to apply for adult trainee pay according to current rules. You will be employed for 37 hours per week.

Important

In order for your application to be considered, you must attach relevant documentation for: education, courses, work experience, first aid, fire safety and possibly recommendations.

The application deadline is 15 November 2026.

You must be able to present a criminal record.

You submit your application by clicking on “APPLY FOR THE POSITION” on the right side and then filling out the form that appears. This is where you attach your application and attachments such as exam certificates, recommendations etc.
