About the job

Join us in shaping the future Health and Care Places in Hirtshals

On January 1, 2027, the Health and Care Places at Lynggården in Hirtshals will open as a new and important offering in the health chain. Here, citizens with complex care, treatment and rehabilitation needs will receive a coherent and professionally strong offering, where quality, presence and development go hand in hand.

We are now looking for employees who want to become part of something new. With us you will have a unique opportunity to influence both culture, collaboration and professional development in an organization under construction.

At Lynggården you will meet high professionalism, a rehabilitative approach and close multidisciplinary collaboration. We believe that the best solutions are created in collaboration when different professional disciplines are brought into play with respect for one another and with the citizen’s needs at the center.

At the same time you will have a workplace in Hirtshals where the sea, nature and the strong local community form a very special frame around both work life and leisure.

We are not just building a new workplace. We are building a new offering, new communities and new opportunities for citizens and employees.

Do you want to use your professional skills, make a difference and help shape something new?

As a social and health care assistant at Lynggården you will become a central part of an offering where citizens often have complex and composite needs. You will have the opportunity to bring your professional competencies into play every day and to work independently with nursing tasks, observations and assessments.

At the same time you will become part of the development of the new Health and Care Places. We want employees who take responsibility, contribute ideas and want to influence both workflows, collaboration and the professional direction.

With us professional development is not something that happens on the side of the task. It is part of the core assignment.

Your tasks

As a social and health care assistant you will, among other things

  • Handle complex care and treatment tasks
  • Observe, assess and act on changes in citizens’ condition
  • Work rehabilitatively with focus on the citizen’s resources and coping
  • Coordinate and contribute to coherent citizen pathways
  • Document and follow up on efforts and nursing-related issues
  • Collaborate closely with nurses, therapists, doctors and other partners
  • Contribute to the development of workflows and professional solutions in the new offering

We are looking for you who

  • Are educated as a social and health care assistant
  • Thrive with complex tasks and a high professional level
  • Have courage for independent responsibility and professional assessments
  • Are curious about development and competence development
  • Work rehabilitatively and see opportunities for the individual citizen
  • Have good cooperation skills and actively contribute to the community
  • Want to help create and develop the Health and Care Places from the start

We offer

  • A position with a high degree of professional responsibility and independence
  • Opportunity to influence the development of a new health offering
  • Competence development targeted at complex citizen pathways and clinical tasks
  • A strong multidisciplinary environment with focus on learning and quality
  • Influence on workflows, culture and organization
  • A workplace characterized by integrity, trust and collaboration
  • Good colleagues who are passionate about creating the best possible pathways for citizens

We are not just looking for a social- and health care assistant. We are looking for a professionally strong colleague who will help set the direction for the future Health and Care Places and create an offering where high quality, rehabilitation and integrity go hand in hand.
