Rise Parken is a nursing home with 84 apartments spread over seven houses, located in scenic surroundings close to the highway.

Your role as mentor

As a mentor you will become an important part of the students' learning and development. You must help create a safe learning environment where students have the opportunity to develop their professionalism and reflect on their practice.

You will among other things

• advise and support students through their internship
• create space for reflection and learning
• follow up on education goals and internship programs
• provide professional sparring and constructive feedback
• collaborate with students, colleagues and other mentors.

At the same time you are part of the daily care and support for our residents, where you contribute with your professional skills and help ensure high quality.

Salary and employment terms

Salary and employment terms according to applicable collective agreement between KL and FOA.

There is a position of 37 hours per week in day shifts.

Start on 1 December 2026 or as soon as possible thereafter.

We want to point out that prior to employment a criminal record check will be obtained, and that employment will be conditional on that being satisfactory.

All nursing homes in Aabenraa Municipality are smoke-free areas.
