Social- and health care assistant with possible training supervisor role, primarily in day shifts at Danahøj Plejeboliger

A bit about the position and what it means to be a social- and health care assistant at Danahøj:

Danahøj is a lovely small nursing home on the top of Aalborg. The residents are primarily somatically ill elderly people and most come from the local area. At Danahøj, the resident's self-determination and participation are highly valued.

You will join a team of competent SOSU workers, a nurse, and an occupational therapist, and you will be primarily attached to a fixed team in a department. Work in the house is conducted with freedom under responsibility, and there is an expectation of taking responsibility for task execution.

We are seeking 1 social- and health care assistant.

The position is basically 37 hours per week with expected start date January 1, 2027.

Work every other weekend in even weeks.

You will be employed in mixed shifts. There will be day shifts with a few evening shifts.

There will be an opportunity to take on a role as a training supervisor and opportunities for relevant education/training.

Professional competencies

You must be educated as a social- and health care assistant.

• Familiarity with Cura is an advantage
• Familiarity with working as a training supervisor or daily supervisor is an advantage.

Salary and employment terms

According to the applicable collective agreement for social- and health care personnel (73.01) concluded between KL and FOA.
